When you bring a bike in for service we begin with an intake inspection, looking for broken and worn out parts that may have become unsafe. We will be honest with you about what a bike needs to be safe, what it needs to work efficiently for the way you are using it, and whether it is no longer economical to repair- although owner sentimentality for a bike can sometimes trump the concern of expense. For those needing immediate help, we do our best to accommodate it.
